I have been a Senior Leader for over 10 years. I began my career as an English Language and Literature Teacher in 1999 and have since held various leadership roles, including IBDP Coordinator, ESL Coordinator, and Principal in China, Turkey, and Kuwait.

With in-depth knowledge of the International Baccalaureate and Cambridge International Examinations, I specialize in blending local and international curricula.

A Turkish national fluent in English, Turkish, and Portuguese, I have taught in international schools in Brazil, the USA, Kuwait, and China. I hold a BA in American Culture and Literature from Istanbul University and an MA in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Portsmouth.

Beyond academic leadership, I am experienced in strategic planning, financial management, and policy development to foster innovation and growth. As an educator, I believe in inspiring lifelong learning and empowering students to lead meaningful lives.
